In Strasbourg


  • During the EP's part-sessions (including on weekends before and after the part-sessions):

    The rooms on the ground floor and in the basement ("Caveau") of the building are available free of charge to members of the Association for meetings, conferences, debates, receptions, breakfasts, lunch or working dinners.

    If needed, we can consider specific installation in our rooms on request.


    Please bear in mind  the following when ordering meals and drinks:

  • A minimum of 8 persons is required to organise a lunch or a dinner.
  • The orders should be adressed to the external Catering-Service (see below).

  • The meals are provided and invoiced by the external Catering-Service:

  • Menus cost between €35,00 / person and €45,00 / person. Drinks are included (appetizer, wine, mineral waters,  coffee). 7 menus available but 1 menu per group (vegetarian meal possible).

  • Other options are:
    - drink + sandwich : €5 / person.
    - drink + sandwich + brownie + fruit : €8 / person.
    - 1 hot or cold meal with 1/4 wine or 1/2 mineral water and 1 coffee: €14,00 / person.
  • breakfast: 12€ / person
  • You can choose between two formulas for your "coffee break":
    - drink (coffee, tea, orange juice or mineral waters): €2,75 / person.
    - drink with cakes: €3,70 / person.

  • If you wish to organise a buffet, the external Catering-Service will forward you a non-binding price list at any time on your request. Price : between €35,00 and €45,00 / person.

 

  • The common time slots for the organisation of meals in our premises are the following:
    - breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
    - lunch from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
    - dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
  • Ordered luncheons and dinners must be cancelled at least two working days in advance, since otherwise the goods bought for these meals will have to be charged (this regulation does not refer to beverages). In the case of cancellations of participants, the regulations will also become valid.

The "Members' Bar" can be reserved directly via the European Parliament in Brussels (ASP building).

Please remember


MEPs who are not members of the EPA may also use our premises. Nevertheless, they are invited to join the Association in order to benefit from the preferential treatment as far the provision of the rooms is concerned and be able to take part in events exclusively organised for our members.
